Initiatives

• Personal Librarian Program - The Personal Librarian Program matches incoming Drexel freshmen with Libraries staff to add a personal touch to their Drexel and their Libraries experiences.

• Library Learning Terrace - The Learning Terrace is a collaborative learning environment which features flexible furnishings for a variety of learning styles.

• Neighborhood Partnerships - In support of Drexel's efforts to form partnerships with our neighbors, the Libraries is eager to consider partnerships with organizations that meet needs illustrated by some of our current and past work.

• Digital@Drexel -  Digital@Drexel is a group of individual research and teaching faculty, librarians and archivists, who create, manage and/or provide support for the unique digital content produced in research and class projects.

• ScholarSip - ScholarSip is a quarterly event hosted by the Libraries which brings faculty and professional staff together in celebration of Drexel scholarship. 

• Quality Improvement - The Libraries work continuously to gather and utilize feedback to shape improvement efforts.

• Libraries' Advisory Group - A group of Drexel students, faculty, and staff who help to advise the Libraries.

• Technology Initiatives - Applications and Programs created by the Libraries.

• Library Assistance - A single access point for patron assistance.

• Archive for Greek Life at Drexel- A new project to build an archive for Drexel fraternity & sorority life. 

• Laptop Access 24/7 - A lending kiosk that provides access to MacBook Pro Laptops around-the-clock.
