Services for Alumni

Alumni of Drexel University, Medical College of Pennsylvania, Hahnemann University, Allegheny University of the Health Sciences and MCP Hahnemann University are invited to use the Libraries and apply for an Alumni Library Card.

Alumni must present proof of graduation. To get an alumni card or letter confirming alumni status, visit the Paul Peck Alumni Center at 3142 Market Street, call 215-895-ALUM, or visit the Drexel alumni website to fill out an online form.

The alumni card or letter should be brought to the service desk in the W. W. Hagerty Library, where an Application for Library Privileges will be completed. An Alumni Library Card does not expire but alumni will be asked to verify current contact information annually.

On-site Computing & Access to Electronic Resources

The Drexel University Libraries supports flexible, on-site computing resources for use by alumni.

Alumni may take advantage of free campus Wi-Fi access (e.g. via Eduroam and Dragonguest) by bringing their own laptop, phone, and other personal devices to any Libraries location.

Alumni may also borrow a Libraries laptop, subject to availability, to access MOST Drexel-licensed databases and other electronic software (access is restricted to some resources) for use anywhere within the W. W. Hagerty Library. Remote access to licensed e-resources that have restricted access is not otherwise available for alumni beyond the on-site use of Drexel Libraries equipment.

Alumni interested in using a Libraries computer should speak to a member of the staff at the service desk. Alumni must present their alumni card to gain access to a Libraries computer.
