The Drexel University Archives and Special Collections will accept donations of personal papers, organizational records, and other materials from those unaffilated with Drexel.  Material will be accepted if it complements collections already in the university archives or if it relates to current academic programs at Drexel.  If you have material that you feel would be appropriate for the Drexel University Archives, please contact the archivist at 215-895-1757 or archives@drexel.edu.

Note on restricting access to records: The Drexel University Archives and Special Collections discourages unreasonable restrictions on access and use of material but may accept as a condition of acquisition clearly stated restrictions of limited duration and may occasionally suggest such restrictions to protect privacy.  The university archivist performs their responsibilities in accordance with statutory authorizations and institutional policies.  If you have material that you believe contains sensitive information, please discuss options regarding the restriction of records with the university archivist before transferring the material to the archives.
