UR 3.8 Office of Research Administration records, 1960-1990, 1.5 cubic feet
This collection consists of quarterly reports produced by the Office of Research Administration. The reports summarize external funding received in the form of grants, research support, or contracted services provided by the university. They also list individual grant applications by faculty members and academic departments. Also included with the collection is a manual for the Office of Research Administration and a grant application to the National Science Foundation requesting support for building its research program.

UR 3.12 Office of the Registrar records, 1941-1978, 0.33 cubic feet
This collection consists of annual reports of the registrar from 1947 to 1960, 1964, and 1968; statements of registration from 1970 to 1978; memoranda sent by the registrar from 1974 to 1978; degree statistics from 1941 to 1945; and some correspondence with Dean R.C. Disque. Both the annual reports and the statements of registration contain statistical data on enrollment (broken down by college and by grade level); records from various years also contain breakdowns by geographic region and graduation figures.

MC 34 Eleanor Reeves scrapbook, 1931-1934, 0.17 cubic feet
The collection consists of Eleanor Edmunds Reeves’s scrapbook, which dates approximately from 1930-1934. Ms. Reeves attended the Drexel Institute of Art, Science, and Industry during those years.
The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings, which document various Drexel sporting and social events, and ephemera such as train tickets, advertisements, and registration cards. The scrapbook also includes correspondence from several “Little Sisters” (incoming freshmen) who were assigned by the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) to Ms. Reeves for an introduction to the campus, and a few Institute records, such as her registration cards and an infirmary bill.
Original order has been maintained where apparent. The pages of scrapbooks have been removed from binding and individual pages placed in folders.
PC 2 Ellen (Rushmore) McKeon collection, 1897-1898, 22 items
Ellen (Rushmore) McKeon graduated from Drexel’s department of domestic science and arts in 1898. This collection includes photographs of instructors, students, and classrooms in the department of domestic science and arts. It also has photos taken at Wissahickon Creek and three pictures from the women’s basketball team. Identified individuals in collection are: Albert P. Brubaker, Ellen Morris, Katherine J. Coolidge, Helen M. Spring, Anna Anthony, and Maude G. Hopkins.

UR 6.4 Student record books, 1892-1916, 6 cubic feet
This collection of record books lists Drexel Institute students from the years 1892-1914. It includes student records from the following classes and departments: art (1893-1905), domestic science (1892-1915), architecture (1895-1902, 1912-1914), mechanic arts (1892-1906), mechanical drawing (1899-1900), machine construction (1899-1900), and normal course/teacher training (1893-1916). The collection also includes a record of scholarships (1892-1902), a record of diplomas and certificates awarded (1893-1914), and a record of enrollment by department (1892-1893). Student record books for the art department during the years of Howard Pyle’s School of Illustration are a part of this collection.
