If you’re looking for work abroad, these international job search guides are the perfect resource for you! The Going Global Career Guides are country specific and include information on job search resources, work permits and visas, interviewing advice, cultural etiquette and more! And the best part is, all the guides are available electronically so you can access them from home! There are guides for 24 countries around the world, including Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, etc. For the complete list click here or search the library catalog for “Going Global.”

If you’re looking for a job abroad or you’re an international student looking for a job in the U.S., this is the resource for you! Uniworld is an electronic company directory you can use to find U.S. companies operating abroad and foreign companies operating in the U.S. It is searchable by company name, geographic location, industry, etc.
For example:
1) A biomedical engineering student who wants to work for a pharmaceutical company in Spain could use Uniworld to get a list of companies to target.
2) A graduating senior from Spain, looking for a job at a U.S. pharmaceutical company, might want to use Uniworld to get a list of Spanish pharmaceutical companies operating in the U.S.
