The SCDC has a new workshop coming up! It’s called “How to Answer the Tough Interview Questions“.

Many employers are now turning to behavior-based interview questions. The premise being that the most accurate predictor of future performance is past performance in similar situations. This workshop will teach you the STAR (situational, task, action, result) method of answering behavior-based questions and touch on general interviewing tips.
