If you’ve ever looked at federal job descriptions on USAJOBS.GOV, you know how confusing they can be. GS pay grades WHA?? KSAs HUH? It’s like another language. Well, this book is here to help you navigate all that, and specifically from a student perspective. It was published in 2004, and while the USAJOBS website has undergone some changes since then, I’m certain you will still find their helpful tips and explanations useful as you navigate the world of federal employment.
