American Physical Society has launched another experiment. Physical Review letters will make a small number of “Suggestions” for readers to examine particular Letters each week. “Editors Suggestions” will be based on the potential interest in the results presented and, importantly, on the success of the paper in communicating its message, in particular to readers from other fields. Applied Physics Reviews
Applied Physics Reviews has been a key component of Journal of Applied Physics (JAP) since 1980. These review articles vary in scope and length from relatively short, but authoritative state-of-the art summaries to comprehensive, critical monograph-length reviews of specific applications.
The new electronic version of APR includes a complete backfile of APR articles, providing users with access to more than 25 years of critical review articles on experimental and theoretical research in applied physics and applications of physics to other branches of science and engineering.
A new, dedicated website: http://www.library.drexel.edu/cgi-bin/r.cgi?url=http://apr.aip.org/
will make this APR content easier to find.
