The NSF Science and Engineering Statistics web site provides access to various publications, data, and analyses about the nation's science and engineering resources. For example, Industry-Innovation section provides access to various Science and Engineering Indicators from 1993 to the most recent data in 2008. Science and Engineering Indicator (biennial report to Congress) provides a broad base of quantitative information about U.S. science, engineering, and technology programs.
