Refworks Overview
Refworks Powerpoint
RefWorks is a web-based software application that helps you manage citations. It helps you keep track of the sources you are using for your research and your own notes about the sources. It is web-based (no special software installation, downloads, or plug-ins required). It will also create bibliographies for you in the format you specify (APA, IEEE, etc.).
Use Citation Style Sources and go to create a list of works cited to see examples of how books, journal articles, magazine articles, primary sources and newspaper articles can be cited in your research paper.

National Transportation Statistics presents statistics on the U.S. transportation system, including its physical components, safety record, economic performance, the human and natural environment, and national security. This is a large online document comprising more than 260 data tables plus data source and accuracy statements, glossary and a list of acronyms and initialisms.
This Internet edition of the National Transportation Statistics is updated quarterly. A date in parenthesis after the table name indicates when a table was updated. Latest updates are in bold.

With the proliferation of websites offering some form of MEDLINE searching, the Health Sciences Libraries have developed this resource to help users understand the options and limitations of the several systems available to them.
MEDLINE is a biomedical bibliographic database that was developed by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the National Library of Medicine (NLM), located at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
OVID and PubMed are systems that search the MEDLINE database; each has advantages and disadvantages. PubMed is a government-sponsored system and is freely accessible by anyone who can access the Internet; it provides limited free access to full-text journals in addition to providing links to electronic items owned by the Drexel University Libraries through the My NCBI feature.
See: MEDLINE: OVID and PUBMED, a comparision for more information.
