Netlibrary, OCLC’s longstanding electronic book content platform, has been aqcuired by Ebsco Publishing. This could bode well for an infrastructure overhaul for Netlibrary, which could hopefully end in an easier access model for Netlibrary books. we’ll see! It could certainly also mean that adding future Netlibrary content could become more expensive.
