Drexel University is serving as a beta test site for MDConsult Mobile, which provides access to books, journals, Clinics, and guidelines through web-enabled smartphones like the iPhone, Blackberry, and Treo.
If you already have an MDConsult username and password, just visit http://mobile.mdconsult.com with your mobile browser.
If you don’t already have a personal account for MDConsult, you can set up one on a Drexel network-connected computer:
Use the MDConsult link from the Health Sciences Libraries homepage (http://www.library.drexel.edu/healthsciences) to access MDConsult.
Click on “Create an Account” on the top right
Complete the registration form, create your username and password and click “Submit”.
You’ll then be able to use that username and password at http://mobile.mdconsult.com.
If you have trouble creating an MDConsult username/password on site, please contact Hahnemann Library (215-762-7184) or Queen Lane Library (215-991-8740).
If you encounter technical problems with mobile access, please contact Joe Posimo, J.Posimo@elsevier.com.
