Have you met our Library Blog?

For the past month, we've been using our new Library Log for news about library resources, services and events. You'll see each blog entry highlighted on our library home page -- just click for the full story. Do you want to keep up with library news when you may not be visiting the library website? Look for the xml.gif button on the right, and add our blog to your favorite feed reader.

What's a feed -- and a feed reader? You can find a good explanation, and recommendations for some easy to use readers at http://www.sixapart.com/about/feeds.

Don't miss our other Blogs, for more specialized library and information world news:

And always, we welcome your comments! Let us know what you think of our new resources -- ask questions about our services. [And to Nick, who commented on our posting about the new snack machine in Hagerty Libraries -- 24-hour lunch trucks sound like a great idea!]

Food, glorious food!

CHOCkrimp3.jpg Or at least, Tastykakes ™ and chips! A snack vending machine has been installed in the lower level of Hagerty Library, in the small room adjacent to the computer lab. The snack machine joins the two beverage vending machines installed during the Fall term to provide tasty, re-energizing treats during those late night study sessions.
