Congratulations, Hagerty Library Staff, for being the Star Professionals for June 2008. This award was given to Hagerty’s Staff by the Office of Campus Activities for Hagerty’s commitment to providing resources for learning inside the library AND taking the initiative in partnering with the Office of Campus Activities in several programs.
Staff of Hagerty Library, thanks for your commitment to excellence!
Hagerty Library will be CLOSED to all alumni and members of the public for the duration of finals (from Thursday, August 28 until Friday, September 5).
Only those with a current, valid DragonCard will be able to enter the library to make sure there is adequate seating for Drexel students, so be sure to keep your DragonCard with you at all times.
And good luck on finals!

Due to construction, Drexel shuttles will now be leaving from the Market Street side of Hagerty at 33rd and Market, not from Nesbitt. So bee prepared and don’t miss the shuttle!

Finals are fast approaching. And with them, come the need to get away from the dorm or apartment to get some serious studying done.
Starting Thursday, August 28 at 7:30am, Hagerty will be open around the clock. To ensure student safety, students entering the Library after 2am will swipe their DragonCards at the card reader next to the doors to enter. University Public Safety Officers will be on duty inside the building. 24-hour access will end on Friday, September 5 at 11pm (see Library Hours).
And when it’s time for those group study sessions, don’t forget about our great group study rooms. Reserve yours online today!
Let’s give a big “Hip, Hip, Hooray!”
The Careers Collection is now available at Hagerty Library. The Collection is shelved on the first floor at the rear of the computer hubs (near Rooms 133-136).
Enjoy easy access to this collection whenever the library is open. And watch for an announcement about the new Careers Librarian…coming soon!
