Beginning on Saturday, May 15th, the third floor of Hagerty Library will reopen to non-law students. Come on up and enjoy the view!
With the added space for students, the building will also reopen to the public, and alumni and those from affiliate institutions can return to using our electronic services.
Thanks so much for your patience.
Drexel’s law school will soon enter its exam period, and that means temporary changes in the law library (known to many as the third floor of Hagerty Library).
From October 26th through November 7th, the law library will be closed to non-law students.
In order to make room for everyone, Hagerty Library will be closed to Drexel alumni and members of the public during this time.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation during the exam period. Starting on Monday, November 9th we will return to regular access.
Starting tomorrow, July 21st, the Legal Research Center will be closed to all non-law students for the law school’s reading and exam period. Until this period ends, only law students will be permitted on the Hagerty building’s third floor. The third floor will reopen to all Drexel students in August.
Thank you for your patience.

Hagerty’s third floor is now reopen to non-law students. Please make the climb to take full advantage of the copious, well-appointed study space, the eye-soothing natural light, and the quiet serenity that is the third floor.
Studying got you spent? Take the elevator!

We hope to see you during law school exams.
From April 27th to May 15th, during exams at the Earle Mack School of Law, the law library on the third floor of the Hagerty building will be closed to all non-law school students. But don’t let that scare you away. Although the rest of Hagerty will be closed to the general public during that time, it will be open to all Drexel students and other patrons showing a Drexel alumni ID or an ID from University of the Sciences of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, or Temple University. All floors of the library will reopen to the public on May 16th.
Come on back, now!
