On Monday, May 14, 2012, the Libraries welcomed Ann Yurcaba as director of library administrative services. Prior to joining the staff at Drexel, Ann served as the senior director for member programs and services at LYRASIS, a non-profit organization created to serve and support libraries, with a membership of more than 1,700 institutions. Ann has over 20 years of senior leadership experience working with outreach, programs, professional development and recruitment as well as administrative services. She has a master’s degree in library science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In her new position with the Libraries, Ann will serve on the Libraries' Strategic Leadership Group and will have responsibility for budget and strategic planning, staff development and facilities. She will work closely with the leadership team and staff to implement the new strategic plan. Please join the Libraries in welcoming Ann to Drexel University. Ann can be reached at W. W.
