Usability Testing to Lead Website Redesign
Over the next several months, visitors to the Libraries’ website will notice new ways to offer feedback about the site. Through changing bi-weekly user experience studies, the Libraries will evaluate how individuals currently use the website. Results from these studies will help shape the design and layout of the Libraries' new website.
A recently acquired usability-testing tool, Loop11, will help the Libraries to test the user experience of the existing site and to identify any navigational and usability issues. For updates, or to participate in a current study, please visit our website.
A small group of Libraries staff will manage this website redesign project and will work with a group of 20 content editors as well as university designers to redesign the site.
The ongoing feedback tool, Counting Opinions, will continue to collect feedback about the Libraries.
