Welcome Drexel students, new and old! The 2012-2013 school year is officially off and running. For many, this new year will be completely different than the last couple of months. Many students are coming back to Drexel after studying abroad. Others are returning to class after working on their co-op. And, of course, there are the many new students who are starting their first year of college today. For the Freshmen, today represents a new beginning, providing them with many new opportunities to grow and explore.
Need some assistance looking for a co-op or job but not finding many resources to help?
The Libraries is excited to announce the addition of two new archives to the Libraries' collection:
- The Vogue Archive - A complete searchable archive of American Vogue, from the first issue in 1892 to the current month, reproduced in high-resolution color page images. Every page, advertisement, cover and fold-out has been included, with rich indexing enabling you to find images by garment type, designer and brand names.
Hello Drexel students and alumni! My name is Brendan Johnson and I am the new Career Services Library Assistant here at Drexel University. I am excited to be given the opportunity to work with the Drexel community to help students and alumni achieve their career goals. As for some background about me, I am a graduate of Villanova University and had some great previous work experiences in the fields of Education and History before joining Drexel. I am currently attending graduate school at Drexel's iSchool as well.
I will be located in Hagerty Library, room 136.
