Summer hours begin at Hahnemann Library this weekend and will continue until after Labor Day weekend.
Beginning on Saturday, June 30th, we will be open:
- Saturdays and Sunday: Noon - 6:00 pm (Reference assistance also available Noon - 6 pm)
- Mondays thru Thursdays: 7:45 am - 10:00 pm (Reference assistance 9:00 am - 9:00 pm)
- Fridays: 7:45 am - 8:00 pm (Reference assistance 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

W. W. Hagerty Library, Hahnemann Library and Queen Lane Library will all be open during normal hours for the Memorial Day holiday. The Library Learning Terrace will be open 3 PM until 2 AM on Tuesday morning. For a listing of exact hours by location, click here.
The Hahnemann and Queen Lane Libraries will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23rd and will remain closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holidays. On Saturday and Sunday (11/26 and //27) Hahnemann Library will be open Noon - 6 pm; Queen Lane Library will be open Noon - 5 pm. 24-hour study areas at both libraries will remain open through the holiday and the weekend.
Hahnemann Library will be open Saturday, 9/3 and Sunday 9/4, from Noon to 6 p.m., but closed on Monday, 9/5 for the Labor Day holiday. The 24-hour study room will, of course, remain open through the weekend and on Monday.
After Labor Day, our summer schedule of hours (closing at 9:00 pm Monday - Thursday) will continue, most likely until the start of the Fall term. At that point, we hope to be able to hire a full roster of student employees so that we can restore our longer weekend and evening hours.
We're celebrating American independence just like the rest of you: by closing up shop and heading to the fireworks. That means the library's closing at 8pm on Sunday, and it'll be closed all day on Monday, July 4th.

It's the start of summer, the end of classes! To help you plan your study time around your holiday cookouts, here's the Health Sciences Libraries' hours for the weekend:
Queen Lane Library: close at 5:00 pm on Friday, May 27th. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Hahnemann Library: Regular hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday (see calendar); open Monday 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Hahnemann Library will be open with limited staff, but for regular hours (7:45 am - 11:00 pm), on Monday January 17th. The Queen Lane Library will be open only from Noon to 6 pm.
We're celebrating the holidays by staying open during the winter break! We're not open every day, though. Here's the rundown:
- Friday, December 24th-Sunday, December 26th: Hagerty closed for the university holiday.
- Monday, December 27th-Thursday, December 30th: Hagerty open from 9am-5 pm.
During this time we'll be closed to the general public, but open to the Drexel community and alumni.
- Friday, December 31st-January 1st: Hagerty closed for the university holiday.
Drexel Library is joining the university and celebrating our independence from the British with a couple days off. We'll be closed on Sunday, July 4th and Monday July 5th.
Come by Saturday for the stuff you need for the weekend. We'll see you back here on Tuesday the 6th.
