The computers in the library are public while the information contained in DrexelOne is very private. If IRT enabled Kerberos authentication and a user walked away from their computer to pick up a printout or use the restroom, all their private data would be available to any other user who came up to that machine and opened a browser to Drexel One. The second layer of authentication provides an additional layer of security for some very sensitive data. We hope you understand why Kerberos would not be beneficial for your security.
