Burton Group’s IT Research Reports are tactically focused to keep info tech managers ahead of the curve on new IT developments. Used by Drexel's IRT and the iSchool's own IT staff, Burton Group reports are more detailed and technical than Gartner reports, ranging from 25-50 pages with loads of practical advice. They offer in-depth reports on products and technology areas, something they call “Reference Architecture”—a web-based decision-making tool, as well as Methodologies and Best Practices documents. The last group includes templates for positioning your organization vis a vis new solutions and powerpoints for communicating with upper management.
