Visa and Work Authorization Information

BUNAC- WWW

The British Universities North America Club (BUNAC) specializes in work/volunteer abroad programs for people between the ages of 18 and 30.  Their Work in Ireland program gives you authorization to work and travel in Ireland for up to four months.  Their 2009 program fee is $430 plus insurance.

U.S. Work and Travel– WWW

A recent agreement between Ireland and the United States has resulted in a US Working Holiday authorization which allows students and recent graduates to work in Ireland for up to 12 months.  The fee is €250.

Work Permits in Ireland– WWW
