Reference Librarians can provide guidance and instruction in all phases of the research process:

- Searching and finding materials
- Evaluating information.
Walk-in assistance is available in the Libraries, consultation appointments can be made with Reference staff, and workshops can be arranged for classes or at the request of any group.
