LovesLabor.gifPosters for the Mandell Theaters Professionals In Residency Project By Students Printmakers, on display in the lounge on the lower level of Hagerty Library through September 2007. This exhibition features the work of students in the Printmaking Area of the Antionette Westphal College of Media Art and Design. On the back wall are posters by printmaking students made in collaboration with Drexel’s Theater Departments – Mandell Theaters Professionals In Residency Project. The students designed posters for the following resident theater professional and their productions at Mandell Theater:
  • Pig Iron Theatre: Mission to Mercury, Love Meets Henry Halfway, Gentleman Volunteers, Cabaret at the Rotunda and Love Unpunished
  • Commonwealth Classic Theater Company: Batch: An American Batchelor/ette Party in Six Rounds
  • New Paradise Laboratories: Loves Labors Lost
The other prints in the exhibition are selected from classes in Printmaking and Screen-Printing. They represent student's unique responses to different printmaking processes and ideas.
