We're here to help! Whether you're a first-year undergrad or a seasoned researcher, the Drexel Libraries offers in-person and remote assistance for the entire Drexel community.

  • Chat with Drexel Libraries staff: Chat with us live online Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and get help with information and issues specific to the Drexel Libraries.
  • 24/7 chat service: Need help outside the Drexel Libraries’ normal service hours? Get general assistance 24/7 through the POWER Library “Chat with a Librarian” service, a chat service staffed by librarians in Pennsylvania and beyond.
  • Schedule a consultation: Meet with an expert librarian in-person or virtually to discuss course-related projects, strategies for finding and evaluating authoritative information, and approaches to utilizing, organizing and presenting scholarship.
  • General, in-person information assistance: Visit the service desk at the W. W. Hagerty Library or the Elkins Park Campus Library.
