August 18, 2020

ILLiad, the interlibrary loan software used by the Drexel University Libraries, recently got a makeover!

The newest version of ILLiad includes several important updatethat improve the client experience. Clients using ILLiad will notice a newer, clean look and feel, including new navigation bar and main menu page layouts.

Other features include:

  • Mobile responsive webpages that provide better support for mobile devices and varied desktop configurations
  • New request form that allows users to request items by DOI number
  • Accessible web content that is WCAG 2.1 & Section 508 compliant
  • Easy to understand interfaces and navigation

Clients will not have to change their username and password at this time and should continue to connect to ILLiad via the Libraries’ website or through their current bookmarks.

For questions or concerns about these upgrades or making interlibrary loan requests via ILLiad, please contact the Libraries’ Shared Access Services Team.
