Engineering Resource Spotlight: New Content Added to Key to Support STEM Teaching, Learning & Research

Publishers continuously add new content to their databases, ebook collections, and journals throughout the year. The following organizations recently added new resources to their digital libraries, and we’re excited to provide access to this important research to support Drexel faculty, staff, and students with their teaching, coursework, and research. All resources are online and available for use right away.

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Digital Library
Online access to more than 500+ e-books, journal articles and conference papers through ascelibrary.org. Provides state-of-the-practice information and guidance on today’s engineering methods and technologies and encompass all civil engineering content areas, including construction, structures, transportation, geotechnics, environment, water resources, and civil engineering practice. 

ASM Alloy Phase Diagram Database
The ASM Digital Databases provide convenient access to the world’s largest collection of information and data on the composition, structure, properties, processing, performance, and evaluation of engineering materials.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) ebooks
High-quality professional and reference works, handbooks, conference proceedings, as well as advanced monographs in established and emerging areas of interest to mechanical engineers and allied disciplines. 

ASTM 
New content now available from AWWA (American Water Works Association) and IES (Illuminating Engineering Society) via ASTM Compass link. Videos embedded in frequently used ASTM test methods can be accessed from the Standard page when available.

Engineering Case Studies Online is a collection that will grow to include 250 hours of video and 50,000 pages of text resources to meet this growing need.
