New EBSCO User Interface Now Live

June 17, 2025

As the summer term begins, you may notice EBSCO databases look a little different. That’s because on June 16, 2025, the Drexel Libraries migrated to EBSCO’s new user interface.

New features and upgrades include:

  • Modern design: A clean, intuitive interface so you can find what you need even faster
  • Enhanced search capabilities: Get more precise results with advanced search filtering options
  • Personalized dashboards: Keep track of searches and saved articles, plus save articles to Google Drive or OneDrive
  • New & improved mobile app: Improved mobile functionality makes it even easier to read eBooks and perform research on tablets and other mobile devices
  • Enhanced accessibility

If you had an EBSCO account prior to this update, you can continue to use that same login. All bookmarked links and saved searches in your account should have updated automatically during the migration. If you discover a bookmark no longer works, you will find the updated link via the Libraries’ A-Z Database list. If your bookmarks did not migrate over, please let us know by contacting librarians@drexel.libanswers.com.

The training materials below are also available to help you get the most out of the new interface:
