John Wiggins reduces costs and increases speed of services for the Libraries’ users, in part through his leadership of the Library Services Team, which is comprised of staff from the Access Services, Acquisitions, Electronic Resources and Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery units at all Drexel University Libraries locations. He is particularly interested in normalizing the Libraries’ user feedback to support improvement planning, tracking and qualitative metrics. John also serves on the Libraries’ senior leadership team and represents the Libraries to groups supporting the development of the University’s civic engagement.
